**After you have completed the Online Registration click Export to PDF and then print. Please bring the printed enrollment form to the lead instructor of the HOST Program or the front office.** Enrollment forms, registration fee and first weeks tuition are required for enrollment. Registration fee: $ 15.00 one time AM & PM Program tuition: $ 40.00 per week Morning Only tuition: $ 15.00 per week Afternoon Only tuition: $ 25.00 per week
Hours of operation: Morning: 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Afternoon: School Dismissal - 6:00 p.m.
