3rd Annual Barrington Bolts Golf Open
1) Entry Form: $60 per player which includes an 18-hole scramble, dinner, range balls, cart, raffle prizes, goodie bag, and proximity contests on the course.
2) Sponsorship/Donation Form: $100 per hole sponsor which includes a sign on the hole of your choice with your company name, a commemorative certificate to hang at your business, and your sign located in the parent pick up line at school on all days leading up to the golf open.
